Katrina Holdings Private Limited (KATRINA) was established since 1993. Its first concept restaurant, BALIthai opened in 1998, offers perennial favourites of both Indonesia and Thai cuisines.
Constantly exploring new avenues and also challenging oneself to be the leading F & B company, it takes one step further and went on to introduce Chinese cuisines of different origins such as Szechuan, Shanghai and Yunnan; HongKong fare with more than 100 popular choices, with an added twist; and also exotic Mexican delights, in order to excite and satisfy the discerning taste buds of gourmands.
In addition to the gastronomic experiences that we offer, we like our diners to have a satisfying good time in the most comfortable and relaxing milieu. Hence, no effort is spared in ensuring all our restaurants are tastefully furnished in chic and contemporary styles, complement with impeccable service by our dedicated chefs and service staff.
Today, KATRINA operates a chain of concept dining restaurants. There are now 18 restaurants in Singapore, and 1 in Beijing, China under 7 brands namely BALIthai, Bayang, RennThai, Streats hong kong café, Honguo, Hutong and Muchos Mexican Bar & Restaurant.
